Coach Demi Gonzalez is passionate about helping athletes grow at all levels—beginner to advanced. At Hoover High, she coaches cross country and distance track, sharing her love for the sport. An avid runner herself, she enjoys training for and racing half and full marathons. Coach Gonzalez believes in building confidence, discipline, and teamwork through running, and she takes pride in guiding her athletes to reach their goals on and off the track.
